It's Mine
Johnny: Wow, what an unbelievably banal and self-obsessed blog. I hope that's working out for you....
I got this comment from my zonkboard and after discounting the fact that it might have been addressed to someone else, I sat for a moment and thought how I should react to it. And then it occured to me ... Yes, why not, it's true! I figure, I can't possibly sustain my interest in keeping this blog if it weren't about myself because:
1. I wouldn't be more knowledgable on any other subject than ME
2. I'm gonna lose my motive to blog if it were about something/somebody else
3. I have got a healthy dose of narcissism in me, don't we all?
As for being unbeliavably banal, yes, it is true, this blog is.
So given the above, I can't put it more plainly than this: It's Mine. What's your excuse?
