Vicks

I knew it. I knew there was more to Vicks Inhaler than this harmless looking bullet that dispensed puffs of mentholated shock of brain freeze without the headache, that seemed to clarify the mind. No wonder that since I was 7, some of my life-changing epiphanies came after a hit of Vicks.

Anyway, it turns out that Vicks could actually land me in jail if I happen to have it inspected in my purse while travelling in Japan. Apparently, it's got some amphetamine component, which makes it a power booster to some, and illegal in other places. Darn! Good thing it's still over the counter here.
